GOLFVIEW GRS RETAINING WALL

Fidus Engineering is conducting geotechnical investigative works on Plot 900 in Kacyiru, adjacent to KABC. These investigations aim to characterize subsurface conditions, assess soil and rock properties, and provide essential data to inform safe and efficient foundation design for the planned development.

LAKESIDE ESTATES GROUND WORKS

Fidus Engineering, commissioned by JSR Real Estate Ltd, is applying Geosynthetic Reinforced Soil (GRS) technology to stabilize and enhance the ground for the Royal Golf View Hotel. This method not only ensures a stable foundation and long-term performance, but also allows vegetation to grow on the reinforced slopes, enhancing the site’s aesthetics and integrating the development with its natural surroundings.

At the Lakeside Villas and Apartments site, Fidus is completing the groundworks and foundations in preparation for construction. Working for sister company Nile Concept, the team is ensuring a stable, well-engineered base to support the development’s premium residential structures.
